Frequently asked questions about Suckerborne suckers...

Is that really real bacon/ real syrup/ real lemon/ real rum?

Yes! We use real ingredients to flavor our suckers.

How long do your suckers stay fresh?

Since we don't use preservatives in our suckers, they will have a shorter shelf life than commercially produced pops (a small price to pay). With proper care, they can last for several months. We suggest that you store them flat in a cool, dry place if you don't plan to eat them right away. Avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures so they don't melt or crack. The fridge is a great place to keep them if you aren't going to eat them right away.

Do you really make them yourself?

Yes we do. We make small batches to ensure top quality and great taste. No two suckers look exactly alike, but they sure taste alike. Small irregularities in shape and texture are part of being handmade. That's what makes your Suckerborne experience unique to you-it's part of the fun! We can assure you that the taste is the best each and every time!

Will I get drunk eating your suckers? Are they just for adults?

Although we use real, premium label alcohol in our recipes, you will not get drunk eating our suckers. Making our suckers requires very high heat and the alcohol gets cooked out while leaving the flavor in. Kids generally like them too, but they are really aimed at a more grown up palate. We hope to add a line just for kids in the future though.

Will you ever do a sugar free sucker?

Yes! Our weight conscious and diabetic friends have asked that and we're listening. We are currently working on it. Please check back with us.

Are you going to add more flavors?

Yes! We are working on new flavors all the time and will add them as quickly as we can. We hope to get everyone Suckerborne!

Shipping and Returns

We ship within 48 hrs. of receiving your order. We will make every effort to get your suckers to you ASAP.

General shipping

We ship via Fedex Ground. We use Fedex because we think it's the best way to ship all around. You can also track your package online. Please make sure your shipping information is correct. Once we ship your suckers out, we can't resend them if they are returned for an incorrect address, since suckers are considered a food item. (Of course we will resend them if we make an error on the label on our end) If you just can't wait to be Suckerborne, overnight shipping is also available at your request.

International shipping

We ship overseas via Fedex International shipping. Please email us at help@suckerborne.com for details or to place an overseas order.

General Order Info

We want to make you happy and we'll try our best, but candy is a food item and subject to individual taste. Therefore, Suckerborne cannot accept returned items unless they are determined to be damaged or defective by us. We are unable to refund shipping and handling charges.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Suckerborne purchase please send us an email at returns@suckerborne.com to discuss. We will do out best to make it right. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Prior authorization is required to receive a refund. Any unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender. (Sorry, but sometimes we all have to play by the rules)

We cannot accept returns of "custom" items unless they are incorrect due to a Suckerborne error. (Hey, it happens, but hardly ever!) If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us and we'll figure out a resolution. Don't forget, you have to be happy too!
